The Subaru Legacy Tourer has been redesigned for 2010 and is also the basis of the Outback, although without its raised suspension and rugged body kit. It still has the 4 wheel drive system that all Subaru’s are renowned for, and has a choice of engines depending on which market you are in, with a 2.0 litre turbocharged petrol, a normally aspirated 2.0 litre, a 2.0 turbo diesel engine and a 2.5 litre petrol engine.
This recent redesign has lost some of the subtlety of the previous generation Legacy model but has gained a heap of aggression in its styling, and besides, no one buys a Subaru for its good looks, rather its the all round ability combined with the bulletproof reliability.
